Lisbon Living Accommodation is a family-owned operator of short-term apartment stays in central Lisbon. We thrive to please our guests and have customers who repeatedly return for our excellent standards, affordable prices and great location.

We own 8 flats in 3 different buildings, which were all completely renovated between 2015 and 2018. We also rent out our beautiful Ericeira Ocean View Villa to groups wanting to stay in Ericeira.

All accommodations include monthly maid service, linen and towels, super-fast Internet and cable tv, without additional charge to users. Check the services included in the rental of the apartments.

Can I rent an apartment long-term?

Yes, we often rent apartments long-term. The monthly rent includes all utilities and one monthly cleaning with a change of sheets and towels. We provide cleaning material such as a mop and vacuum for guests who would like to do it themselves. Extra cleaning is also possible at an extra cost.

Are your flats wheelchair accessible?

All our flats have at least a few steps up to the entrance, although 2 are on the ground floor. None of our apartments have elevators and are all located on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to climb steps. Please contact us for more information on accessibility.

Children under 3 stay free of charge and baby cots as well as a high chair can be provided on request.

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 5 days before your stay. Please note that if you cancel after that limit, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Is the internet fast?

Yes, post-pandemic we upped our internet capacity to 500mb/s to make sure that remote workers could work without a problem. Wifi is available throughout our flats, and a work desk is often available.

What kind of equipment will I find in the kitchen?

Our kitchens come fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, as well as kitchen utensils and dishes. Some apartments don’t have an oven or a washing machine.

Do apartments come with linen and towels?

Yes, all stays include sheets and towels, as well as amenities such as body soap, shampoo, hand cream and hand soap. In the kitchen we also provide you with a few pods for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher, as well as dishwashing soap. We also provide a few coffee capsules for your convenience.

Is cleaning included?

Yes, cleaning is included with every stay. For longer stays, we offer a free monthly cleaning which includes a change of sheets and towels for 60 Euros. Any extra cleaning services can also be requested for an additional fee of between 40 and 60 Euros, depending on what is requested. Alternatively, we provide cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner and mop in case you want to do it yourself. Most apartments have a dishwasher and washing machine, but if you rent one of the few without, we also have a laundering service upon request. How does check-in work?

Check-in at our Lisbon luxury apartments is easy and convenient, thanks to our self-check in system. You will be provided with an automatic entry code and specific instructions prior to your stay which will enable you to access the property any time after 2 pm without having to meet anyone in person. Since internet is needed to access the entry key, we provide you with the wifi code for your convenience. For exceptional cases or more information about check-in and key collection for our holiday rentals in Lisbon please make sure to contact us ahead of time.

Can I have a party or plan an event?

No, parties or events are not permitted at our holiday rentals. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of both other guests and the local neighborhood by refraining from organizing any kind of gathering. Thank you for your cooperation. If you wish to have a few people visit your during your stay, please inform us by sending us the IDs of the people who will be joining you. Note that there is an extra charge for guests who stay overnight.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our Lisbon luxury apartments due to possible allergies of the next guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What time is check-in and check-out?

At our Lisbon luxury apartments, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Unfortunately we are unable to offer early check-in due to cleaning schedules, but you can always drop off your luggage early. Pedro was extremely kind, communicative, and a pleasure to interact with. The apartment was true to the photos–a great place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy, clean location that’s close enough to the Alfama, but far enough from the main tourist areas. I’d definitely stay there again!

This place really works well for long stays, it has a very comfortable big bed and a nice pressured shower – 2 of my top priorities.

As all of the other reviews have said, the garden really is a little haven. The BBQ was a great addition, we got to cook some tasty picanha on it! It’s a beautiful quiet space and you’ll feel like you’re not in the middle of a capital city! A nice little escape.

It has all amenities for long stays like a washing machine and a place to hang your clothes to dry. I wasn’t sure if there would be an oven as I couldn’t see one from the photos on the listing but there was a portable one. Don’t be put off by that! It’s a powerful little oven!! We used it a lot. It really did feel like a home from home.

The neighbourhood was great too, nice and local with plenty of local supermarkets, pharmacies and old-school lunch restaurants. We used the fitness hut gym nearby which was cheap and 3 min walk away. Getting into the city centre is easy, super quick if you go by scooter or metro.

One more thing to note which I would find helpful – there were no problems with smoking anywhere near this Airbnb. Not inside or in the garden – this made us very happy!

Finally communication was excellent! They were always there if we had a query. We met Pedro and he was super friendly and helpful as we discussed our love for Brazil!

Cute and stylish apartment in an up and coming area of Lisbon.

The apartment has everything you need, including a great outdoor space, a very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and a BBQ outside. Whilst great to have, the garden only gets about 1 hour of direct sun per day (December), which also makes the apartment quite dark and needing lights on during the day. Also to note that the apartment does not have heating – just a blow heater is provided. The hosts are very friendly and happy to promptly resolve any issue. The area is full of good places to eat, especially if you like Asian food, and very close to the metro. I enjoyed my stay and loved sitting outside in the garden – even in winter.

This flat is absolutely fantastic. In a superb neighborhood with public transportation a short distance away and a 15-minute walk to city center. The space itself is designed beautifully with a clear attention to stylistic detail. The garden is lovely and feels like a small oasis in the city. Pedro goes above and beyond as a host and communication was always easy and very friendly. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. Would absolutely recommend and would also stay again when in town.

This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. It was more like a suite in a luxury hotel than an AirBNB. The neighborhood is fine and has easy access to the major site in Lisbon yet is far enough away that one doesn’t feel one is stepping out into a throng of tourists. One small caution; if you do need to be able to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. That wasn’t in any way a problem for two adults in average shape but I could see it being an issue for anyone with mobility challenges.

We stayed at Pedro’s garden retreat for a month and it was the perfect place to explore the city from. The apartment had everything we needed and was only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The garden is a welcome retreat from the heat of the city and the bbq and big outside table is perfect for al fresco dining. The neighbourhood has supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants and cafes. Everyone we met in the area was really friendly and welcomed us to Lisbon!

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment. My friend and I spent 2 weeks here, working from home, and the internet was faster than I’ve ever had anywhere else. The place was super comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and even some shampoo/conditioners and condiments etc. The barbecue was great too! We spent every afternoon in the garden when the sun would come out between 11-3pm. Then after work we explored the city — the location of the apartment is amazing too. The people at Brick next doors remembered our coffee order from day 2 on, and our favorite neighborhood Alfama was literally around the corner. I would love to come back to this apartment one day!

Pedro’s place was exactly what I needed after a long flight! She was very communicative and even helped me book a car service from the airport which I appreciated. The location was a nice walk to Alfama but far enough away from all the touristy stuff with a few great restaurants. I’d stay there again.
