Staying in a luxury apartment in Lisbon doesn’t mean being without service!

Renting a luxury apartment in Lisbon is a great way to experience the city while still having access to all the comforts of home. Our apartments are designed and equipped with attention to detail, ensuring our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, whether it be for a few days or several weeks. We provide excellent customer service and can help with anything from inquiries about the apartment or checking in, to questions related to Lisbon and where to eat and shop.

Our Services

Cleaning

The apartments are fully furnished with bed linens and towels, as well as a full kitchen with all basic appliances and utensils. After the first 7 days of a stay, a change of sheets and towels is provided. For longer-term stays of over a month, we provide monthly cleaning. Any extra cleaning services can be provided for an extra fee, and include fresh linen as well as cleaning of the whole flat. A vacuum and mop are provided for guests who would like to clean their own flat. An optional laundry service is also available on request at an additional cost.

Equipment

All our flats are equipped with all the amenities for your convenience during your stay. Everything is strictly inventoried and nothing may be removed from the flat. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at market price and removed from the security deposit.

Luxury Apartment Amenities

Our luxury apartments are stocked with several things for your comfort and convenience. In the bathroom, you will find body gel, hand soap, shampoo and hand cream as well as earbuds and makeup rounds. In the kitchen, we provide dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets for the dishwasher, and pods for the washing machine, as well as a few coffee capsules so your first morning with us starts well. The kitchen usually has salt, sugar, tea, oil, etc, as well as a number of things left by other guests. Feel free to take and leave any nonperishables.

TV Channels

Each flat has a smart tv with both internet channels such as Netflix and Prime, as well as cable tv. To access cable tv make sure the tv is tuned to the right HDMI input using the tv remote, and then use the Nos remote control to change the channels. If you have any difficulty with this please contact us.

The Neighbourhood

All our flats are located within a 5 blocks radius. There are lots of restaurants in the area, as well as supermarkets, local markets, pharmacies, metro stations and ATMs. Take a look in the burgundy welcome book on the table for a numbered map of the area. On it, you’ll find the location of the best places to eat and other important information.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is automatic in all our flats, and can be done any time after 14:00. Early check-in is not always possible, but please contact us to check availability. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Also, contact us if you need to leave your luggage for a few hours, we always try to accommodate our guests and will always help out when possible.

Internet

Each flat has its own network and access is free. Post-pandemic we upped our internet speed to 500mb/s so remote workers could work and have conference calls without problems.

Parking

There is no covered or private parking, but street parking is safe and inexpensive. The EPark app will allow you to feed the parking meter remotely with your credit card. Check the map of Lisbon for the nearest covered private garage.

Smokers

All our flats are non-smoking. If you do not comply with the smoking ban, a €100.00 cleaning and odor removal fee will be charged.

Cute and stylish apartment in an up and coming area of Lisbon.

The apartment has everything you need, including a great outdoor space, a very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and a BBQ outside. Whilst great to have, the garden only gets about 1 hour of direct sun per day (December), which also makes the apartment quite dark and needing lights on during the day. Also to note that the apartment does not have heating – just a blow heater is provided. The hosts are very friendly and happy to promptly resolve any issue. The area is full of good places to eat, especially if you like Asian food, and very close to the metro. I enjoyed my stay and loved sitting outside in the garden – even in winter.

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment. My friend and I spent 2 weeks here, working from home, and the internet was faster than I’ve ever had anywhere else. The place was super comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and even some shampoo/conditioners and condiments etc. The barbecue was great too! We spent every afternoon in the garden when the sun would come out between 11-3pm. Then after work we explored the city — the location of the apartment is amazing too. The people at Brick next doors remembered our coffee order from day 2 on, and our favorite neighborhood Alfama was literally around the corner. I would love to come back to this apartment one day!

Pedro’s place was exactly what I needed after a long flight! She was very communicative and even helped me book a car service from the airport which I appreciated. The location was a nice walk to Alfama but far enough away from all the touristy stuff with a few great restaurants. I’d stay there again.

We stayed at Pedro’s garden retreat for a month and it was the perfect place to explore the city from. The apartment had everything we needed and was only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The garden is a welcome retreat from the heat of the city and the bbq and big outside table is perfect for al fresco dining. The neighbourhood has supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants and cafes. Everyone we met in the area was really friendly and welcomed us to Lisbon!

This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. It was more like a suite in a luxury hotel than an AirBNB. The neighborhood is fine and has easy access to the major site in Lisbon yet is far enough away that one doesn’t feel one is stepping out into a throng of tourists. One small caution; if you do need to be able to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. That wasn’t in any way a problem for two adults in average shape but I could see it being an issue for anyone with mobility challenges.

This flat is absolutely fantastic. In a superb neighborhood with public transportation a short distance away and a 15-minute walk to city center. The space itself is designed beautifully with a clear attention to stylistic detail. The garden is lovely and feels like a small oasis in the city. Pedro goes above and beyond as a host and communication was always easy and very friendly. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. Would absolutely recommend and would also stay again when in town.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved it!

This place really works well for long stays, it has a very comfortable big bed and a nice pressured shower – 2 of my top priorities.

As all of the other reviews have said, the garden really is a little haven. The BBQ was a great addition, we got to cook some tasty picanha on it! It’s a beautiful quiet space and you’ll feel like you’re not in the middle of a capital city! A nice little escape.

It has all amenities for long stays like a washing machine and a place to hang your clothes to dry. I wasn’t sure if there would be an oven as I couldn’t see one from the photos on the listing but there was a portable one. Don’t be put off by that! It’s a powerful little oven!! We used it a lot. It really did feel like a home from home.

The neighbourhood was great too, nice and local with plenty of local supermarkets, pharmacies and old-school lunch restaurants. We used the fitness hut gym nearby which was cheap and 3 min walk away. Getting into the city centre is easy, super quick if you go by scooter or metro.

One more thing to note which I would find helpful – there were no problems with smoking anywhere near this Airbnb. Not inside or in the garden – this made us very happy!

Finally communication was excellent! They were always there if we had a query. We met Pedro and he was super friendly and helpful as we discussed our love for Brazil!

Pedro was extremely kind, communicative, and a pleasure to interact with. The apartment was true to the photos–a great place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy, clean location that’s close enough to the Alfama, but far enough from the main tourist areas. I’d definitely stay there again!
